History of the Institute
The institute was founded with the shared ambition of raising training standards in the region. Established in 2025 by a group of experienced friends and colleagues from the maritime and offshore industry. Recognising the growing demand for specialised offshore safety and marine training, we created a centre that combines practical expertise with international best practices.

From the outset, we sought and achieved approvals from recognised organisations such as VERITAS ASSURANCE, and ACTVET, with further accreditations underway. Our journey reflects both the expansion of the offshore market and our commitment to supporting the UAE’s role as a global hub for energy and maritime excellence.
